I attended Harriton High School and graduated in '94.  I went to the University of Maryland (Go Terps!!) on a baseball scholarship in '95 and '96.  After the pursuit of a professional baseball career I finished up my degree in Business Communications from Rosemont College on 2002.  I started investing in real estate in 2006 with a couple long term investment properties and I have been active in real estate up until now. My main focus is to buy, rehab, and rent residential and commercial units while building a large portfolio of properties to attain as much passive residual income as possible.  I have also flipped properties from time to time but the extremely high taxes have turned me away from that approach for now at least.   As stated in the "My Story" section of this website, this construction piece I have added to help me control one of the most important aspects of real estate investing: the rehab cost and the rehab execution.  I have made many strategic alliances along the way that have put me in a position to form a team of like-minded investors, bank personnel, general partners, realtors, and I have recently added excellent talent in the construction component.  I use this excellent talent in construction to make sure I can give the best rehab experience possible to the customer. I do not do the hands on construction work.  I put my attention on making sure the vision is in focus, creating and maintaining interpersonal business relationships, and creating deal flow that is always keeping us looking to add more talented members to our team of construction experts.  I am excited to be aligned with the level of talent that I have been able to create relationships with in order to make this venture possible.  I look forward to not only adding to the efficiency of my own investments, but to helping friends, family, colleagues, and future clients get reliable and reasonable rehab work for their primary homes or investment properties.

I Have 2 OSHA 30 Certifications in Construction

(OSHA 30 is a life-long federal distinction and is for supervisors in construction with safety responsibilities such as Foremen, Superintendents, Project Managers, Safety Coordinators, and Safety Specialists. All licensed contractors need to employ at least one supervisory worker with this training.)
